Mario A. Martinez            

Mario earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston in 1994 where he graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree.  Mario then attended the South Texas College of Law to pursue his dream of becoming a lawyer.  It was in law school that Mario realized his love of the courtroom.  Mario was a member of the Varsity Mock Trial team while in law school and was awarded an advocacy scholarship and the Dean's Diversity & Achievement Scholarship due to his academic achievement and advocacy skills.  Mario went on to represent South Texas in both national and regional mock trial tournaments around the country. 

After earning his law degree, Mario worked for several large law firms in Houston where he gained valuable litigation and trial experience both prosecuting and defending all forms of complex business disputes and personal injury matters.  In the fall of 2005, Mario decided to pursue a life long dream and he founded this firm.    

Mario is fluent in Spanish and has both English and Spanish speaking clients.  He is licensed to practice before all Texas courts, the Northern, Eastern and Southern Federal Districts of Texas and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Mario is a member of Texas State Bar, Houston Bar Association, Fort Bend County Bar Association and the Fort Bend County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.  Mario also serves on the Education / Law Day Committee of the Fort Bend County Bar Association.
